Orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive at your door. Any later and you should send us an email so our friendly staff can assist you with your delivery dates or product replacement. Covid-19 has created large delays in shipping so please have some empathy for the couriers and our business as it can be a struggle.

A refund can be done via email to our business adress fartechbusiness@gmail.com. Our staff will assist you through a full refund or product replacement within the 30 days of you purchasing that product. Warranty should be done through the products company but we can assist you in finding their emails or getting your warranty through us.
